Our Story
Thy Eagle’s Nest began around a kitchen table, when a group a ladies asked, “What can we do with our kids to give back to the community?” From those first gatherings, the vision grew into something bigger. We took a step of faith, encouraging the children to build what is known as Thy Eagle’s Nest. The youth met and came up with strategies to collect and distribute items for those in need. They chose the name, created the logo and made the original brochures. These kids are all grown up now, however we continue to create hands-on opportunities for young people to serve and grow through giving back. Our goal is to imprint upon their hearts the gift of serving others. This is a two-fold mission : raising up the next generation and helping people when they have fallen upon hard times.
Volunteer Opportunities
We are a volunteer-run organization. We are always looking to expand our team of volunteers. If you have a heart to serve, please contact us by phone or email. To ensure long term sustainability, we are looking for strategic partnerships with corporations and community organizations. Your generosity allows us to sustain our programs and outreach. Much gratitude to all who make this possible.
Isaiah 40:31
But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
